Never being into sport I wasn’t sure about joining a gym of any kind. Chris’s has created a place that makes everyone feel welcome, involved and challenged. There are people there reaching for high goals but my general fitness feels just as important to him. I highly recommend checking it out.

I simply cannot express how much I recommend Chris and Iron Tribe. When my 15 yo son expressed an interest in joining a gym to lift weights it took me 10 months of searching to find a gym that would be a positive influence on him and Iron Tribe was it. The moment we walked in we felt welcomed, there is such a positive energy that makes training fun. With Chris's guidance and genuine support my son has developed discipline and an understanding of the importance of the process, not just the results and his lifting has progressed enormously. Nothing can dampen his enthusiasm to train, which we are thrilled to see. We look forward to watching our son develop further under Chris's knowledgeable coaching and consider ourselves very lucky to have found Iron Tribe.

Cannot recommend this place or Chris enough!! Amazing people, amazing coach. Been training with Chris since late 2017 and haven't looked back since. Doesn't matter if you're a seasoned lifter or have never even picked up a barbell before - you'll be supported entirely by Coach Chris and the Tribe. We celebrate each other's victories and pick each other up when we're doing it tough. Chris will always have your best interest in mind and will tailor the program based on your current needs and goals!

This is hands down the best place to come and train if you are serious about getting results. What sets this gym apart from the others is two fold. First the coaching staff are some of the best going around. Second the people that greet you as soon as you set foot in the place make you feel welcome and go out of their way to help you. I've been lucky enough to find Chris and he has been the best coach you could possible imagen. Being able to come up with goals to not only benefit my weight lifting but my day to day life. From editing my squat form to how I should sit in my office chair. Everyday lessons that can be used in all environments, I can honestly say starting in this environment will not only make you look good, but feel good.Not just another gym!
