Weightlifting Club – The weightlifting club is for those who are interested in learning the Snatch and the Clean and jerk. These sessions are 90 minutes long with a solid focus on technique first.
TribeFit – TribeFit is a structured program aimed at increasing your overall health and wellbeing. The sessions are 60m long. These classes are for anyone who is interested in learning great form with their lifting
