Remote coaching with Iron Tribe is a three tiered system. We offer Beginner, Club programming and 1 on 1 programming. All three have different objectives in mind.
Beginner programming is a three day a week program based around introducing people to the Snatch and Clean and Jerk, heavy on the technical aspect it is still focused on gaining strength in the assistance exercises. This program can be done alongside a CrossFit or sporting program.
Club programming is a five day a week program based around raising the Squats, Pulls, Snatch, Clean and Jerk and appropriate assistance exercises. This Program can be done alongside CrossFit program that is heavily based on the conditioning side of it.
1 on 1 Programming is 100% customised strength program. The goal of this is to help you achieve your goals, be that sporting, athletic or personal.
Whether your goal is to compete in competitions or just to enjoy a fun and exciting way of training, our commitment is to provide you with the right programming, support and guidance for your journey.
