How do I hookgrip?
The hookgrip is the grip commonly used in weightlifting when performing the snatch and the clean and jerk.
We encourage all of our lifters to do it from their first sessions.
It can be quite uncomfortable, learning to use the hookgrip early makes the discomfort more bearable.
As your strength increases so do your hookgrip!
