How do i start?

Here at Iron Tribe, we’re proud to provide a free consultation to anyone interested in starting their fitness journey with us.

We can all relate to how hard it is to find a program that resonates with you and your fitness goals. How many times have you started a program only for it to last a month before never going back?

That’s why all of our clients start with a free 1-on-1 assessment. We want to know more about you, your life and your why? We believe in a holistic approach that is designed to help us keep you accountable and how we can develop a plan to ensure your fitness is for life this time.

From your 1 on 1 free assessment:

1 on 1 Personal Training – All of our clients start in an 1 on 1 environment, this is the best starting point for any clients to begin their journey with Iron Tribe. Once consistent and we have ticked off our initial goals, Iron Tribe then offers clients to join up with another 1 on 1 client with similar goals, skill levels and interests. 

2 on 1 Personal Training – This is our next step in personal training. Partnered with someone who has similar goals, skill level and interests these sessions help to motivate people on their fitness journey.

Semi Private Training – Capped at six people this is our most cost effective option. All clients in our semi private groups have completed or are still undertaking 1 on 1 personal training. This is to ensure that each client has gone through the same process and that our Iron Tribe standard is upheld. 

Our commitment is to provide you with the right programming, support and guidance for your fitness journey.

Frequently asked questions

Personal Training or Weightlifting?

Personal training is for all beginners to lifting weights. Its a great introduction to barbell movements, body weight movements and conditioning.
Weightlifting training is all beginners who have been in a gym and are interested in learning more about weightlifting.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

Personal training accepts direct debit, upfront payments and some payment plans.

HOW LONG DO I SIGN UP FOR?

Personal Training programs are a minimum of ten weeks.

WHERE CAN I FIND TUTORIAL VIDEOS?

Iron Tribe’s youtube channel is constantly updated. We highly recommend subscribing.
